Perfumes

Perfume is a mixture of fragrant essential oils or aromatic compounds, fixatives and solvents, which are used to give the human body, food, objects and living spaces a pleasant aroma. It is usually in liquid form and is used to give a person's pleasant aroma to the body. Ancient texts and archaeological excavations show the use of perfumes in some of the first human civilizations. Modern perfumery began at the end of the 19th century with the commercial synthesis of aromatic compounds such as vanilla or coumarin, which allowed the composition of perfumes with previously unattainable odors only from natural aromatics.
